It is an authentic Valais resort The people around are wonderful, warm-hearted.

Hosts were very nice and were in great contact with us the entire time. They even sent me in the mail an item I forgot when we left. They have a portal to manage the whole booking through that you can find answers to all your questions. The apartment is cozy, clean and big. Fireplace is great and fun. The cabin is really cozy, quiet and a nice place to stay. Kitchen is big and fully equipped with everything you need. The Dining room and Living room are big too. There is free parking ~5 minute walk.

Amazing apartment just down the hill from Verbier (with a free lift pass to get up to Verbier). We absolutely loved our stay and the hosts were so friendly / helpful. We would strongly recommend.

Hotel Vanessa was perfectly situated in the center of town, close to restaurants, shops and the mountain. The staff were responsive, friendly and hospitable. The spacious rooms created a relaxed and comfortable environment for our entire family. Highly recommend Hotel Vanessa. We will most definitely return!

An excellent experience from the moment I entered the hotel. A very French-style interior, with jazz playing on the little satellite radio in the room.(it was refreshing after staying in other hotel rooms that felt so generic) Great breakfast spread and very friendly hospitable staff. When in Verbier, here's where you should stay!

Location, facilities and the attention to detail in the chalet. It was really excellent.

Very clean, efficient, comfortable, recently renovated chalet. Tastefully appointed rooms, Wonderful staff, tasty breakfast and wine/beer offerings. Great sauna. Easy walk to the gondola to Verbier and easy to access by train. Beautiful views from the balcony/windows.

Amazing location within a short walk to the Le Chable gondola. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Helle and Anders were superb hosts. They were available to answer questions and provide advice about the ski mountain. Breakfast was delicious, too.
