Stoos Lodge was beautiful and convenient and very dog friendly complete with a mat and dog bowls! The location is perfect at the top of the furnicular and I could store my bag after I checked out so I could hike without extra weight. I enjoyed my stay and the beautiful view from the bar area!

Wonderful! I took my daughter for her graduation trip to Switzerland and this was the first of many hikes we did. The place is so unique with beautiful views. Safe and peaceful. The food was great too!! The employees were extremely helpful and friendly.

The location is unbeatable. I stayed here with my son so we could hike Stoos Ridge at sunrise (without having to hike up to the Ridge) and that’s exactly what we did. It’s on the pricey end for me for a hotel but that sunrise hike made every penny worth it! The staff was very nice and even packed up a few (delicious!!) sandwiches and fruits for me to take with us on our hike since we would miss the included breakfast. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

Staff is amazing. They are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. And the big highlight is the location and nature, which is simply breathtaking. Granted, it is a bit of hike from the village center but it is higher up with incredible views and much more peaceful/quiet vs the center. The restaurant food was also really good and everything was fresh and delicious. Lastly, the rooms have a very nice design, very efficient use of the space and very comfortable, super clean.

Everything was wonderful in every way. Extremely gracious and friendly hosts. Incredible food. And even though our hiking day was rained out, this magnificent hotel made our day inside pure pleasure.

It has a spa but the water should be a little hotter or have at least one hot pool. Location is great and you can do may outdoor activities.

Fantastic Hunting lodge setting with beautiful wilderness surroundings. Huskies are beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional. Met my families needs and then some. will definitely be returning in future years.

The room was extremely clean. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was delicious!

The property is spatious, clean and has a very nice view on the surrounding mountains. There kitchen is well equiped for self catering, the infra sauna is a nice to have after a day of skiing or hiking. There are also some board games and books for kids. It is located close to the train station and to shops. The host was communicative and nice. Note that the apartment is on multiple levels with stairs in between.
