It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. The host was amazing and gave us a lot of information. The room was spacious, clean and with a great view to the Matternhorn

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. My family and I loved our family apartment at Arca. Just a short walk from the train station, supermarket across the street, friendly staff, incredible buffet breakfast and wellness centre. AND THE VIEWS!! WOW!

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the staff and offered an upgrade! The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was marvelous! They were always willing to give advice and even offered to get us reservations for dinners that they’d recommend. We are already looking to book again for next year!
