Everything was simply incredible! Luxurious hotel, with highlights including the pool, sauna and spa! Also excellent meals and a very good breakfast. Special mention goes to the entire staff, friendly, and especially to Sofia at the reception, who was not only beautiful, but also gave us a warm welcome.

Very nice hotel. Perfect spa center. Highly recommended.

I had a good rest at the accommodation in the center. The staff's service was really good. Breakfast was elegant and plentiful. I really liked the many paintings displayed throughout the hotel and the antique accommodations.

Very nice location next o garden. Nice breakfast .

Hotel is in the very centre of the city which enables you to explore the city easily. Great choice of delicious food and drinks in the restaurant. Hotel also has amazing little spa, gym and rooftop bar which gives you opportunity to relax, enjoy and have filled day even if you don’t want to leave the hotel. Everything was clean and hotel staff is always at your service.

It’s one of the very few hotels in Bulgaria, where the service is up to a five star hotel standard. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and professional. Impeccable attitude from everyone working there

Every thing my go to when staying in Sofia ❤️

Clean and comfortable hotel, I would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza Sofia. The rooms were very good, spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing few nights. The staff made the biggest impression on us. Warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything we asked, from restaurant tips to check-out arrangements. The location is excellent too, with easy access to the city and plenty nearby. The pool and spa were fantastic. We spent more time there than we planned to, and the Balinese massage was the highlight of the whole trip, deeply relaxing and beautifully done. Worth booking in advance if you’re staying.

I had an excellent stay at East Plaza Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything arranged to a high standard. The staff were professional, courteous, and always willing to assist, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is convenient, with easy access to key areas, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the smooth check-in and check-out process. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The property is brand new and luxurious

Best value, location, cleanliness, facilities, parking

Great location and facilities. The staff we're very helpful and friendly.

The rooms were spacious with a view. The breakfast was very nice and the SPA was good. The beds were comfortable and the hotel provided what we needed for the SPA (towels, slippers, etc...).

Clean, modern, very good breakfast, excellent location for my purpose. Staff is, as always, very helpful and friendly.

Nice and convenient location.Clean apartment, comfortable pillow.

Clean, neat and has all amenities you might need. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

Great location with a great view. We stayed only for a short time, but had everything we needed close by. There’s a small park area right next to the apartment.

The apartment had everything we need it and the owners were really kind and helpful.

Location: This is genuinely the best of both worlds. The airport proximity is perfect for early flights and transfers, yet the central location means you're equally close to Sofia's main attractions, restaurants, and city life. I could easily walk to everything I needed. Comfort: The apartment is spacious and genuinely comfortable. The bed was excellent, the space was well-designed, and everything was clean and well-maintained. You feel like you're staying in a proper home, not a cramped tourist apartment. Value: For the price, this apartment delivers exceptional quality. The comfort level and location at this rate is genuinely hard to beat in Sofia. No hidden costs, no surprises—just excellent value. Strongly Recommended – whether you're catching a flight or exploring the city, this place ticks all the boxes. Solo traveler? Business trip? Weekend getaway? This works for everything. Will definitely return.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped in a great location

The apartment was very comfortable. Spacious, nicely decorated, with very good amenities. The coffee machine, the shower, the large desk at the bedroom, the comfortable beds. Everything was just what we needed for a relaxed vacation! The location is excellent and the hosts responded very quickly to any enquiry we had. It was simply a very good experience.
