The staff was wonderful. I was so excited I could have a guitar 🎸in my room for the stay. Breakfast and spa was included. I came from the ZUR airport which was 3 hours. It was so worth it. I highly recommend

I booked a night here because the hotel I was staying at for longer was fully booked for that night. My expectations were low. I had known Kessler's from passing by and from eating lunch there while cross country skiing. I was positively surprised in a couple of ways. First, the hotel is located very conveniently, but it is next to the road and the train station, so I expected road or railway noise. But the windows are sound proof, so it's all good. Secondly, I did not even know that Kessler's had a spa, but it is a very nice spa that has a lot to offer -- several saunas, an outside jacuzzi, a lounge room with a beautiful view -- and also has quite an appealing design. Well done. The room was as expected for the price.
