We liked everything about this hotel - it was charming and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Fantastic hotel, great facilities, wonderful staff. Loved the hot tub and comfortable rooms. We came with a rental car (quite the challenge in Valaparaiso and appreciated the easy valet parking. Very close to sites. Highly recommend. Restaurant was very good as well.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Excellent ocean view from rooms overlooking entire harbour. Excellent beds and pillows allowing for good nights`rest. Efficient blackout curtains which, however, look a bit tired. Room carpeted floors need updating. Excellent gym installations with equipment for all preferences. Breakfast could not be more complete with enormous selection of quality food. Staff throughout (reception-restaurants-housekeeping) go out of their way to make stay memorable.
