Exceptional Stay with Excellent Service I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful establishment for an entire week, and I must say it was an absolute delight. The staff members were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Notably, I greatly appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to check out late, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning city view, which added an extra touch of magic to my stay. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly a highlight of my trip. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the exceptional quality of the restaurant. The food served was of the highest standard, and every meal was a culinary delight. I highly recommend indulging in the gastronomic delights offered by the establishment's talented chefs. I would be remiss if I did not mention the outstanding assistance I received from two particular staff members, Tracy and Annie. Their professionalism and attentiveness were exemplary, especially considering my limited understanding of the Chinese language and my unfamiliarity with the city. Swimming pool is really nice and the good thing is that it's open all day up to 22:00. Staff is very helpful and professional. Room was always clean and tidy after cleaning service. Breakfast buffet has many choices every day and it is also open till 10:30 so you can have longer sleep in the morning without worrying about missing it. Other facilities like the gym, tennis court and basketball court are also good and convenient. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall where you can find anything you need and there are lots of central streets with cool cafes around it.

The breakfast was magnificent, we could stay there all day if it wasn't for the Canton Fair ) Since we stayed during Canton Fair, it was very nice to be able to print out a pass, that my boss has forgot to bring from home. Every day going out to the Fair and coming back was like a small holiday – management went out of their ways, to make us happy and comfy. The bus stop is just across the 9.1 entrance, and to help us save some time, morning buses were stopping just across the street, so we won't loose time, for entering that busy parking.
