Wow!! what a beautiful property and what a 5 stars experience we had from this amazing staff from the reception to the living room area and the personal assistant, soo friendly staff and so helpful i don’t remember the names each one has doing his work and the extra mile, the location was as we need it near everything in the center specially with a 6 years old child, the indoor pool was a wonderful addition to this hotel, the cleanness in the rooms, and the size of the room was big enough and comfortable, it was a high class experience, we will be back for sure

The best hotel in Düsseldorf — an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the outstanding staff. From the very first moment, the gentlemen assisting with parking were incredibly polite, attentive, and truly gentleman-like — setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The luggage assistant was equally professional and kind, making the arrival seamless and stress-free. Every detail reflects quality, care, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and top-tier service in Düsseldorf.

Everything was great! The facilities are very modern, and the hotel is in a very convenient and central location for the places we wanted to visit. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She even helped us book a taxi for when we were leaving to go back to our country. The breakfast was spectacular, with a great selection of food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

New rooms at an excellent level, perfect cleanliness. Amazing gym, everything new, huge variety. Excellent spa. The variety at breakfast could be a little bigger, but it was definitely sufficient and the service was excellent, the guy in charge of the restaurant in the morning was very nice and helpful. All the staff were courteous and helpful!
