Spa hotels in Punta Cana

The staff, the food, the view.

I most like the crow on pool bar Mateo and all that crow is relly good they level up my vacation. The other staff is fine but not always the best. Food is good some time buffe is better than a la cart. We were in platinum experience it was better option because of food, drinks, and the position of apartment and sea. The agency for excursion in hotel the name of agency is Nexus and ther is Paula she is cainda scamer dont go ther try to go true some other agency on every excursion. Its clean and ther is not moscitos. We were in april 2024.

Food,snack bar,shows,breakfast,pool clean beach

The beach was absolutely wonderful—very large, clean, and well organized, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times, so it was always easy to find a place to relax. Everything we needed was close by, including a beach bar with a wide selection of drinks, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the dinners were excellent, with great variety and quality. Overall, everything was well thought out and perfectly organized.

The best cleanest fun experience you will ever have!! Room was perfect pools were clean. The jungle party and workers were friendly and professional. I loved every minute of it.

Amazing! The staff is great, always trying their best for your comfort. Absolutely recommend!! Food was great too!

Very comfortable and fun for everyone!

The service in the restaurants is excellent

Fantastic place to stay with family

I loved that this resort is fairly new so everything is in perfect condition and clean. The food at the buffet was also amazing! The kids also loved the slides!

I like everything about the property, the stuff were amazing. I wanted to stay longer but they didn’t have room available.

The views, the facilities, the people, the activities

The spaces were amazing, the pool and the beach also the variety of food every day was great

i absolutely love the location, property is big and beautiful surroundings, they have lake with ducks and lots of different sport to walk around. Minerva and Ana was super helpful and friendly, I had some personal issues during my stay, Minerva was so kind to help me. thank you

The facilities were great as well as the staff. It's enough with the buffet if you don't get opportunity to eat in the restaurants. The buffet has a variety of food for everyone.

very clean and lovely resort, very helpful staff. the food nice.

Super friendly staff, clean facilities, WiFi all over the place, delicious variety of foods, a lot of different activities to enjoy during day and night time.

Love it. I love this place 2nd time and never disappointed 💕

Everything was easily accessible on the resort. It’s very beautiful.

The best of everything wa Rebeca! Excellent excellent service, my husband and I enjoyed to much the hotel, the spa was marvelous.

Food was great, friendly staff.

it was all fine exeded my expectations

The property was beautiful and staff was nice .

- after encountering several issues with a previous stay, we had a room upgrade to one of the nicest rooms (the one with the Jacuzzi). The room is worth the money if you want to book it specifically! - the view, location and food were all amazing, and the restaurant options are great - the pool with the bar adds a nice touch - the activities are quite fun and if you want, you can spend the whole day doing them, or just relax - the hotel provides out-of-the-box, organized activities. Just ask the hotel staff, and they'll tell you everything!

They have transportation to anywhere in the facility, it’s pretty big and they have a lot of activities, also they have different pools and many restaurants to eat from.

Love love love the staff!!! Started strong with Ivan at the front desk, then Antonio and Nelfy at Colonial Restaurant, Isabelle, and her friend from Haiti, who assisted with translation and ofc George (Mr Chocolate the dance/fitness instructor). The food was great, our rooms were always well cleaned and decorated. Will definitely return!!

It was super close to the beach! About a 5 minute walk and a ton of restaurants. The pool was awesome as well.

I truly liked the idea of the shot dispensers in the minibar,... GREAT IDEA👍🏿!!! All Inclusive 👍🏿 Adults Only👍🏿

The service was excellent. The people were awesome as well. Shout out to Katherin and Melissa from the World Café, Sandy and Frannis from housekeeping, Rafael Contreras and Mayelin Garó from hospitality, and Noerkiry from Front Desk, for being top-notch with their service. Will come back 100%. 10/10 experience.
