Lovely staff. Nice atmosphere. Only stayed because of a family wedding in the area so was not looking for luxury, just a bed for the night and a decent breakfast. Got both.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was charming and perfect on the ground floor with patio doors opening on to the garden. The bed was comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the cooked breakfast was fantastic. We would not hesitate to stay again. Just disappointed that we weren't aware that there is a pool and sauna..... we know for next time. All in all a wonderful night away.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was lovely and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The pool was longer than we expected and so we got a really nice swim in, followed by a relaxing sauna. Decor and furnishings at the hotel were very pleasing and well done. The garden was beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent and served at table. We loved it, it would make an excellent location for a wedding with intimate and larger spaces. Plenty of free parking.

The welcome from Nicky set the tone for our stay, warm, welcoming and charming. The staff were great, particular mention of Charlie, Jacob and Kamil, made our stay fabulous. To all those whose names I did not get to learn, you all contributed to making our stay lovely. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked, the evening meals outstanding. The spa ladies, Charlotte and Stephanie were fabulous, and the treatments top notch. Our bed and pillows were comfortable, our rooms cleaned daily.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and warm and clean, and could be booked by the hour, so we had a nice private swim. The spa treatment was excellent - quite the nicest massage and facial I have had in a while.
