The food was fantastic, and the staff was beyond nice and helpful. Everything is super clean, and the all-inclusive option is well worth the money. We even got a room upgrade, and the staff brought us a little cake and a bottle of champagne along with a nice little message to celebrate our honeymoon. All in all a fantastic stay we will surely remember forever :)

Staff very attentive, food amazing, facilities

The staff was amazing and always smiling. The hotel is truly child-friendly. Our room was very close to the restaurant and pools, which was great — but even if it wasn’t, there were buggies available. It was our first time traveling with a child and we felt so comfortable. A great value-for-money place.

Everything was amazing and I’m very satisfied. It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was excellent, the location was perfect and close to beach, and the staff were really nice. It also has great access to the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel — it was excellent in every way.

We loved everything about the property: the quality of food, the staff’s professionalism, the cleanliness, the layout of the sun beds and the many options sunbathe and swim. The sea itself is spectacular with clear turquoise colors.

We visited for our babymoon and my wife’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special — even upgrading us to the stunning penthouse suite. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Service was flawless from start to finish, making us feel truly valued. Beautiful location, wonderful facilities, exceptional staff.

Amazing hotel with great stuff in a perfect location, only 20 min walk outside of the town of Kos. The beach is a 3 min walk, the hotel it's surrounded by restaurant and little shops so you'll have access to everything. Breakfast is delicious and it's also half board so you won'tget hungry. Although the food at the pool snack bar is much nicer than dinner. Beds are really comfortable and the pillows even more. Very calm, relaxed, and quiet environment, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

An absolutely exceptional stay! This is, without a doubt, the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. Everything exceeded our expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, and every detail of the hotel has been carefully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The two large swimming pools were amazing, and the ambiance throughout the hotel was simply perfect. The music playing in every area was fantastic and created a wonderful vibe from morning until night. One of the highlights for us was the incredible open-air gym. It is beautifully designed and equipped with premium, high-end retro fitness equipment, making it one of the most unique and impressive hotel gyms we have ever seen. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious, high-quality food. Every meal we had was exceptional, and the drinks were equally excellent. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The level of service was truly first-class. We honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and we would return without hesitation. Great hotel with amazing facilities and breakfast. Good enough location to walk to anything

All around everything about this hotel is exceptional Breakfast was very good, fresh and tasty. Very calming environment. Most of all the hotel staff are all very friendly, helpful and kind.

Our family has been coming to Hotel Platanista for over 30 years. My sister and I grew up spending our summers here with the wonderful Platanista family. From the moment you arrive, you are treated as extended family. The staff are incredible … devoted and dedicated to giving guests the best possible experience with attention and care. The Animation team continues to foster a familial-like experience offering activities for all ages — from morning aqua-gym to nightly dance parties for the children. The rooms have been newly renovated with tasteful designs, warm tones, and the softest mattresses. The food is also superb; fresh, local, and simple ingredients make for delicious Greek dishes made with intention and practice. There is something truly special at Hotel Platanista, and I feel very grateful to return every year. P.S. be sure to try their pistachio ice cream!

EVERYTHING - the location, the villa layout, the pool, the view, the quietness and Kos beaches - loved it so so much (and I’m very picky!) Thank you Katerina and Koni for being the best hosts!

Its a very large resort with many pools and lush gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient and although it was very busy we felt well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pirate ship with the slides and also the water park which had some nice slides especially the mushroom one which our kids did not stop taken. Breakfast was plenty of options with all you can think of. Lunch had a nice buffet around the pool and the dinner at the Greek restaurant was very tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities throughout the day and at night there was some Greek group dancing and singing at the Amphitheatre which gave a really nice touch to our holiday. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

It is very close to the city center and the staff is very nice. They helped us about lots of stuff.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and it included everything one can need from kitchen appliances, to toiletries & bedroom accessories.Also everything was new.

We enjoyed staying here! Superb location, literally short walking distance from everything you need to see in Kos town. Also the host was super helpful about everything. If ever in Kos we would recommend, especially for friends or solo travelers.
