A stunning property nestled right in the heart of the jungle—perfect for nature lovers. The surroundings are incredibly scenic, making it a joy to simply walk around and soak it all in. The service by Duta, Tio, and Dika was exceptional, and the food at the in-house restaurant was absolutely delicious. One of the highlights of my stay at Pramana Giri Kusuma was the food. The restaurant offers a variety of traditional Balinese dishes and international options, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every meal felt like it was made with love—from the fragrant spices to the perfectly cooked meats and fresh vegetables. I especially loved the breakfast overlooking the jungle—such a peaceful and inspiring way to start the day. The staff in the restaurant were also fantastic: attentive, friendly, and happy to explain each dish. Add to that the tranquil spa, breathtaking canyon views, and a sacred spring for Melukat, and you have the perfect combination of comfort, nature, and spiritual energy. A truly unforgettable experience!

The hotel is cosy, with spacious rooms featuring elegant design, cleanliness, and great comfort. The staff is attentive and truly wonderful. The view is stunning and truly refreshing. The Italian restaurant is very good, offering delicious dishes and excellent pizzas. All communication is handled via WhatsApp, which is easy and fast, but it would be helpful to have a phone available in case of low battery or an emergency. There are many positive aspects, but I can’t give it a full 10/10 as it’s a new 5-star hotel with some key points that still need improvement.
