Everything was amazing. I loved this hotel. The staff were so kind with us..it was lovely. Great location. The breakfast was delicious. Restaurant and coffee was very cozy and beautiful.

Waking up to the jungle view and enjoying breakfast by the pool felt surreal. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and happy. Everything felt personal and warm. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so special. We’ll definitely be back!

The views were stunning the staff were great always on point fast and helpful. The food was above all the other 5 star resorts while visiting Bali and also were the staff. Speed is something we noticed at other but not here, it’s was truly fast and a high quietly service. Out of countless options in Bali, I’m grateful I chose to book this place for my parent’s anniversary! The booking process was smooth and the staff were very responsive with my queries. Most importantly, they went above and beyond in assisting and accomodating my parents. Kayumas was very welcoming and homey. Though afar, my parents felt safe and well taken care of. To Kayumas staff team, thank you so much to each and everyone of you! My parents had the loveliest time and they couldn’t stop talking about it. Thanks for giving them a great experience.
