Spa hotels in Sidemen

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Abian Ayu Villa. The staff are great, food is good, room design is special but offers a great view which makes staying at Sidemen a perfect choice for our Bali trip this time round. One tip is to pay more attention on the room type that you booked, Abian Ayu is quite specific in their listing and is expanding (construction going on) with another 4 more rooms when we were there. If you don't mind trading bathtubs for an awesome view with outdoor balcony, we think room 104 is perfect. For people who don't ride scooters, technically you can spend a good few days within the area accessible by foot with all the good food the neighbouring restaurants offer.

Every single thing! It was one of the top accommodation we have ever had! We booked bungalow, and the room itself was amazing and view to thw rice fields was just stunning! We booked 3 tours and ride to the Padangbai directly at the hotel. Location is so peaceful and quiet! Room is cleaned every day, staff is super lovely, breakfast is delicious and food at the restaurant as well! No single thing to complain about!

The property is absolutely beautiful, we had a wonderful stay, the rooms are spotless clean, and we had a room just next to the pool, it’s very private and calm. We also rented a scooter from the host. They were always so nice and responsive. We 100% recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful place, beautiful rooms and all of the common areas are very curated and clean. Staff is amazing and extremely polite (special shout out to Purna, the ladies from the afternoon tea and the whole staff from Sahaja restaurant, sorry I could not remember all of the names!) We loved the pools and the SPA. The Sahaja restaurant gave us the best food we experienced in a 20 days trip through different countries in SE Asia, all of the dishes were amazing (also, breakfast was delicious). Prices are also pretty good, we ate a lot and didn’t spend much. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Sidemen, hopefully we can be back in the future!

Stunning grounds. Outdoor bathroom - I was sunbathing in there:) Comfy bed with mosquito net ( the bungalow was open to the outside so needed) lovely veranda. Walking distance to rice terraces and silver jewelry classes etc. Amazing breakfast. We booked for 2 nights as had a very late flight the second night and so because we were going to miss our second breakfast they made a packed one for us to take with us.

Stunningly beautiful garden with gorgeous pool, small waterfalls, and koi pond. A really tasty breakfast and a very comfortable room. Very thoughtful hosts who were exceptionally accommodating and helped organize drivers/dinners etc.

Everything’s perfect, service is especially thoughtful, food was very delicious

Room was great, had a view of the mountain, rice field and right next to a pool (pool needs some work) with perfect water temperature. Breakfast was delicious. The doors did not close properly at night but their staff was prompt to fix it right away.

Very nice pool, clean place, great views, friendly staff

Possible one of best places in Bali we stayed in Very peaceful and feels like you are in a lush garden surrounded by fruit trees and flowers Beautiful big clean pool Excellent location

Great value for money in an amazing location, if you want to get out of the busy areas of Bali this is the place to go!

Loved the property, the service and food. All in all, a lovely stay

We had an amazing time here. Our room had a huge balcony overlooking Sidemen valley. The pool is nice, food is great, but what really stood out was the service. The staff were so lovely and kind. They even decorated our room for my boyfriend's birthday and brought us cake. Don't miss out on this place!

The stay in Surya Shanti was amazing, while the best thing was the warm welcoming of Joel and his wife 🙏🏼 They made us feel at home from the first second we arrived and through the whole stay!

Staff, grounds, rooms, bathrooms

I had an amazing experience at this property. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, and every interaction felt warm and genuine. The property itself was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. My room was extremely comfortable, and I absolutely loved the room decor and surroundings. The owners were especially kind and friendly. They made sure all my needs and requirements were met, and they even decorated my room, which was such a thoughtful touch. We arrived late at night, and they still made sure to prepare food for us, which we truly appreciated. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend this place. I will definitely return!

Janas Homestay is an exceptional Homestay in the heart of Sideman. The rooms are so clean and spacious. Mine was so beautiful as it looked onto the family temple which was so peaceful. The staff are the outstanding thing about the place as their communication (Anni and Ketut) was fantastic and it was so easy to communicate as their English was great! Breakfast was sooo yummy. The banana pancake and French toast, i recommend. Also they have a restuarant called Bali Warung which is very good prices and food good also. I walk everywhere and the location is ideal for this. There are many restuarants and warungs close by. Janas was happy to give us a lift up to the Morning Market one morning which was much appreciated. Ask for directions to Tinis Spa, it is an experience you will not forget, the walk there and the view....wow!. I will definitely be back as Sideman is magical and Janas made the stay very warm and welcoming. Thankyou !

A perfect relax location for after you explored the island. Really beautiful setting.

The staff was very sweet, quick to accommodate and made incredible Balinese dishes. The portions were beyond generous. The property offers a very relaxed, little hidden retreat away from the world.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely guest house! The place was clean, peaceful, and full of charm, but what made it truly special was the kind and generous owner. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable—from thoughtful little touches to helpful local advice. It felt more like staying with family than just booking a room. I would absolutely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, heartwarming stay.

Cozy Bliss: A Dreamy Bali Getaway I've stayed in quite a few places in Bali, but Cozy Bliss was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. The hotel's design is modern and chic, with splashes of vibrant colors that create a cheerful ambiance. My room was a haven of tranquility. It was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the large windows that flooded the room with natural light. The bathroom was luxurious, with a walk-in shower and high-quality amenities. The views from my room were breathtaking. I could see the lush rice paddies stretching out into the distance, and the occasional glimpse of the ocean in the background. It was truly a picture-perfect setting. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. There was a large pool area where I could relax and soak up the sun, a well-equipped gym, and a spa offering a variety of relaxing treatments. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits, pastries, and omelets. Cozy Bliss is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's also a short drive from some of Bali's most popular attractions, such as the Monkey Forest and the Tegallalang Rice Terrace. Overall, I can't recommend Cozy Bliss enough. It's a truly special place that offers a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. If you're looking for a memorable stay in Bali, I highly recommend checking out Cozy Bliss.

Wow wee what a view and serenity. Everything the site showed, it was everything and more.

Gorgeous view over the rice fields - and great people watching spot. View of Mount agung if you get lucky with the weather. Good breakfast served on the balcony with said view. Accommodation able to organise activities and card payment is available. Great restaurants just a 1 minute walk round the corner. Room was spotlessly clean, hot powerful shower, 2 pillows each, comfy bed. Host was very friendly.

We had a lovely time at villa Lumbung Ayu Sari! We stayed for 2 nights, we rented a scooter directly from the Villa, walked the rice fields, and enjoyed the piece and quiet! There is food nearby, within a 5 min walk, and the restaurant served yummy breakfast too Some of the best views in the valley. I'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, friendly staff, great value for money

- verry nice located, beautiful view - super friendly staff - wonderful pool - good food - nice path next to the hotel for a walk through the fields (vegetables in July) - helpfull owner

A must stay if you are at that part of the island! The hotel is overviewing the jungle and the river. So you have a nice view and the sound of the river is very calming. The rooms are spacious, have ac and hot water. I was staying with a room with a private pool, were nice to cool down on the sunny afternoon) the staff is very friendly and it feels like being with the family:) thank you guys for a nice stay, for sure I will be back when I’m around that part of the island again ❤️

We loved that place! Had the pool to ourselves and there’s only two villas and the other one was unoccupied. Clean, quiet and in a good location. Restaurants nearby are really good and cheap!

Such a beautiful room and location. Quiet and private. Loved the welcome food and the afternoon tea. The staff were really lovely and the options to have a floating breakfast was very much appreciated.

absolute gem with the most epic views ever. Totally recommend.

Great Experience. Pictures would not justify the place. The view in the morning is nothing short of breathtaking. The host is exceptional and available at all time to cater to your needs. The food is excellent and entire experience is value for money.
