Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. The dining Service Claurinda, Juliano, Julia, Suella, Luna, Michela, Bruna, Olympia & specially Tania. Special thanks & big hug to Claurinda & Giorgia. From Montreal, Canada. See you next year in September.

Very beautiful views from our balcony. Excellent showers and a comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. And a tasty breakfast. Rather large room with plenty of space.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Mosaic in Spello! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area out front to relax. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed an amazing massage during my stay. The team even arranged dinner reservations for me at Il Postiglione, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Amazing boutique hotel, views were out of this world. Dinner was tasty ,plentiful with top end presentation. Facilities were clean with a great atmosphere and decore. Don’t try and park underground unless you are driving a a Fiat 500. With that said a super property with excellent long term staff. Love it.

Our family stayed in the two-room suite with four beds. Everything was perfect. The hotel is in the center of this small and beautiful town. although we stayed during the Mercato Delle Gaite, we slept well and heard no noise thanks to modern double pane windows. We will come back.

Wonderful location in the heart of Umbria. Made it super easy to make day trips to a number of beautiful old hilltop towns nearby. And Assisi was only 10 mins away - we had a beautiful view of it from the hotel. Wonderfully restored farmhouse and sparkling clean pool for a refreshing swim before a day of sightseeing. It felt like staying at a friend's home. We didn't take advantage of the spa treatments which were included. Special shout out to Barabara ("Babi") who always greeted us in the morning with a welcoming smile and would prepare whatever we asked for and overall was super helpful and friendly.
