The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The beautiful spa provided a peaceful place to relax.

The location is perfect to explore historic & newer Olbia. A short drive from the port to this hotel. Although always a bit tricky with not being able to enter certain streets, as with most European historic centers, google maps led the way and we were still able to unload & reload our bags in front of the hotel. The parking was just down the street. Our room was quite spacious, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was served downstairs, and although we only ate on the last day there was quite a variety of breads, fruit and sweets~ Although it is off season here, there are still enough retail, bars & restaurants open, The staff at La Locanda Del Conte Marmeli, were so so attentive and always smiling!

Amazing boutique hotel at the city center with private parking, elevator and nice breakfast . Rooms are beautiful and Staff is very nice and polite .

I absolutely loved the place! My son loved going out and exploring the area. The rooms are big and clean, and Massimo is a wonderful host. The breakfast was full of local offerings. We would like to go back there.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the waterfront. Nice balconies, washing machine, big living/dining room.

Good beach, very close to the hotel, very nice sunset view. Very good international breakfast with many options; fine dining type of dinner with a excellent view to the sea from the outdoor Asumari restaurant

We stayed 4 nights at Sulià House in Sardinia, and it was truly unforgettable.
