we loved the incredible welcome we received from the property owner Khalid and Ammar on arrival .They were so professional , customer friendly,kind and helpful .They drove us to a local excellent restaurant and collected us when we were ready to return to the hotel The accommodation and facilities were excellent and all necessities available and anything requested provided complementary The accommodation has a high quality of cleanliness and daily services . All the staff were super friendly, attentive and willing to help us in any way possible …. with no expectations from us as the customer For sure we recommend this facility as at least a 4 star accommodation We have travelled many areas of the world Europe ,United States , Middle East , Australia and other countries but never had such an amazing experience as we had staying with this highly professional and friendly family orientated hotel For sure we will recommend to all our family and friends Another excellent reason to stay there is the location …. you walk less than 150 -200 met and you have a huge number of really excellent restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets , banks and ATM ….. the list going on . The room with the mountain view is amazing - sunset from this place was maybe the most beautiful we've seen in Jordan.. There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

We enjoyed very much our room with balcony. The sunsets were very nice. We appreciated the spa facilities and the massage. Overall the services were very good value for money and we would be happy to return at this property. All the staff was very friendly and supportive.

Hostel with a great view of Petra, double beds in cabin, hot shower, they can provide breakfast and dinner for a cheap price (for Petra). You can take a local bus early in the morning to go to Wadi Rum, just ask them to book a seat for you. Very clean and well located.

The property was well maintained and very close to the entrance to Petra! The rooms were nice and clean and had great amenities. There is a nice gift shop and restaurant and amazing rooftop with pool!

AC was working on heat during winter. It is close to Petra visitor center. The breakfast was varied and good. The owner was receptive and gave what we requested (a quiet room).
