- Spacious and comfortable room, though would have preferred higher floor for better view of the lake.
- The resort had many comfortable and private areas for sitting and relaxing, including a fireplace, music room, complimentary coffee and juices. The foot spa was amazing.
- The onsen was posh and private. Love the little outdoor pool.
- dinner and breakfast had good spreads

Breakfast quality was very good without too large servings so no t so much food wastage. Hotel location is up on a hill in very secluded spot near school field and farmland..I find this exclusive and very relaxing.
