We have our own breakfast,we are not happy the location we are both new to the country hard for us to find the place we want to see.don't see street signs.Suzette is so nice.comfortable place to stay clean.

The hotel is magnificent, I grew up in Puerto Rico and used to spend time there so it is nice to see how much it changed over the years especially after the hurricane. The staff is marvelous and very helpful. The food was great and the pools were quite fun. Would definetly recommend it! Palomino island is amazing and the waterpark was fun too! We even took our stroller to it!

La Casa de Vida Natural in Rio Grande provides accommodations with a garden and a shared lounge. There's a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

We hit a small snag with construction and tile-cutting on the first level. The noise woke us up before 9 am the first two days. What was amazing is how well Zandra and her team handled the situation. The noise immediately stopped. We were comped breakfasts for the duration of our stay (and it's a lavish full-service breakfast), a very generous statement credit for our inconvenience, and they offered us a room upgrade. She listened, and it was clear that they would do whatever it took to make us happy and enjoy our vacation. 10/10 hospitality. We loved the resort and can't wait to go back!
