I loved the place and I would like to give a detailed review. This is the best place I have ever stayed in. This experience would be unforgettable for those looking for calmness and relaxation. They have spacious green spaces and long coast. The beach is not as great as that in Nungwi and Kendwa, on the other hand, it is not as busy and has far more privacy. The whole place gives you a great feeling that you are in nature, where green meets sea. Staff are super-friendly, from reception, restaurant, housekeeping, and security. The room was clean, comfortable and simple, with good wifi. Hot water supply in bathroom was limited (heater was small in size). The pool was nice and they have spa as well. The restaurant also was wonderful and has variety of tasty choices with reasonable prices. Thanks to the chef, Mr. Ashok and everyone working their. The resort is located behind a small village, a bit isolated, which was good, nearest shops are not within walkable distance I would say, but really I didn’t have to leave the resort for anything other than the external activities (remember to get anything you need before coming back to the resort). Do not expect any activities (I heard that they have every Saturday, but I left before that), however, for me this was a chance to enjoy and relax without much noise.

Moved to Toa from another hotel in the North. The moment you step out of your transport you are met with a cold towel and cold refreshing hibiscus drink , and ushered to take a sit in the comfy seats around the lobby. Briefing and check in was done by Ester the Front office Manager. I liked this personal touch as you dont stand in line at the reception desk. To crown the check in a gentleman approached to welcome me to Toa , the Hotel Manager - Mr. Eric this was surely a nice touch. As it was lunch time , I popped into the restaurant, the buffet was superb, varied and plenty not forgetting the service team who were all smiles and ready to attend to you. Moving to my room, well set room, WIFI super as i had to breifly work. Evening entertainment by pool , very nice , dinner with live station -I can go on about Toa, short stay but was worth every moment . The team makes sure you are comfy and happy at all times- Thank you , Lucas, Esther, GM Eric, Ceclia at front office, Prince - hakuna matata and the bar man at the beach who made a fantastic cocktail. Big up Team Toa. Highly recommended.

We choose the best resort for our honeymoon! The overall energy is calm and very friendly. The staff was very attentive and kind. English skills were very good and we liked to talk to all of the employees. Rooms were very clean and big, quiet and comfortable big bed. We liked the tiled bathroom a lot and there was no bad smell. In the room we had everything we wanted and also got a nice welcoming surprise and room upgrade! 😃 We mostly ate at the resort and enjoyed the food a lot. There was a big offer of dishes, from local cuisine with fresh fish to pizza, pasta and burger. Virgin Mojito was our favorite drink 🥰 Pool was perfect to cool down. There were not so many guests, due to low season and it felt very private by the pool. We had a lot of fun playing with Coco, their pet monkey. She is so cute! My favorite part was the stunning view! Very well maintained beach and comfortable sun lounger were perfect to relax and enjoy the view! ✨️😊
