Hotel staff are amazing; everyone tries their best to make you comfortable as much as possible. Taxi no problem; even metro is walking distance 10 mins max. Outside Rickshaws are everywhere and very secure. I was with my family,and i can tell you not even one minute did i feel unsecure. By night we are in the hotel so we don't really know...

Lovely rooftop area with breakfast available, had a very nice omelette. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to be located near the busy old town but set off the street to avoid noise at night.
