Garden, proximity to the beach, activities free of charge (yoga, cooking class, wine tasting), big variety of spa services. Everything was just perfect.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Exoria Luxury Rooms & SPA provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. Big room, very elegant, super clean. Very good breakfast with many options.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is in an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, which made getting to and from the airport so easy. It’s also very central, perfect for exploring Cagliari on foot. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and all the facilities we needed. We received a warm and friendly welcome, and I especially appreciated that they contacted us before arrival with the option to book a private hour in the wellness room - such a thoughtful touch. They also kindly let us leave our luggage there after check-out since we had a late flight, which made things so much more convenient. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Cagliari.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The owner was incredibly kind and honest, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is located on a quiet and peaceful street, just a short walk from the historic old town, which was perfect for sightseeing. There are also plenty of free parking spots available on the nearby streets, and it’s easy to find a great breakfast in the area. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

We stayed here for one night on the west coast during our road trip through Sardinia. It was truly a wonderful stay, the room was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The people were very friendly and welcoming, and there's a lovely restaurant right next door with delicious food. On top of that, there's a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. Definitely a place we would recommend!

Ideally located in the center of the town's main street, close to restaurants, the manager was extremely friendly. The bedroom, bathroom, and breakfast room were immaculate. Breakfast was one of the best during our stay in Sardinia, with lots of variety on the menu. The electronic room key system and hotel security system worked well.

The property was beautifully designed, decorated and preserved. Very friendly and helpful owners. We stayed here with our daughter for 2 nights. The breakfast was served in the lovely spacious patio.
