The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Located in SantʼApollinare, 22 km from Perugia Cathedral, Borgo Sant'Apollinare - Resort provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The views are amazing, the rooms are clean, breakfast was good. Overall we have had a fantastic trip. But what stood out most is the exceptional service from the staff. We traveled with a 5 month old and above and beyond to make our vacation as good as possible - to a point that dinner was served at our room just so we could enjoy great dinner while looking after our baby. We will be back!
