Above all we liked the architecture of te place and nature around . The room setting is just so smart. You have your own little living room in the room with amasing view to the wood around. The onsen is just beautiful. The breakfast amazing. Just see to get a reservation for a dinner on time. We were late. You can rent a high quality electric bikes for exploring the area. We took a ride to a Hakone open air museum. We loved the place and we will be back for sure. They have amasing cake offer, and just great and helpful stuff.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, the view was gorgeous (sunrise was unforgettable!), the location was excellent. The staff, of course, was very kind and professional. Kamakura area, Yokohama city area, and Asakusa & Odaiba in Tokyo were easily accessible by trains. Big shopping malls were nearby where I could enjoy excellent Japanese foods. The airport buses from Haneda and Narita stop right at the hotel. I am sure I will choose the Bay hotel Tokyu in Yokohama, again.

We've stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel several times and love it. It's such a luxurious place in a traditional way....a beautiful room with high ceilings and a great view, and the most wonderful breakfasts! Most Tokyo 4/5 star hotels are too large and impersonal for me, generally high rises, but Tokyo Station is old fashioned and comforting and I like the smaller scale. Not to mention the central location...so easy to get to any part of Tokyo from there with direct access to the JR Yamanote line. The open space of the huge plaza in front is lovely, giving open and distant views. Despite the nearby trains and the people gathering for photos in the plaza, the rooms are silent inside with the double glazed windows.

When making the reservation, we mentioned that we hoped to be arranged a quieter room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel was very considerate and made arrangements for us, giving our vacation a pleasant surprise. As a hotel in the prime area of Tokyo, the room was spacious and the location is very convenient. It is close to Ginza and the subway station. There are several 24hrs convenience store downstairs and there is also a direct airport bus, which was very convenient. The only regret was that I didn't have the chance to enjoy the free access to lounge service this time. I will definitely come back next time.

The location was practical (as they state on their website), but a bit far from the main attractions (hakone loop, open-air museum, ect.). Therefore, unless you have the hakone free pass, you will have to take the buses which charge by distance travelled. It can end up being costly so make sure to recharge your IC cards. The room was very beautiful and clean and our open-bath was large enough for 2 adults to fit in. They were very swift and punctual with the bed making and breakfast service. The miso soup served with breakfast was clam based and one of the most delicious miso soups I have had in my life.

Everything was perfect. Great location close to the station and alot of shops nearby. Room was big and spacious. Very clean. Comfortable futon beds. The natural hotspring onsen was very clean and so relaxing especially the open Air bath. This is a really nice Ryokan perfect for relaxing and soaking in onsen. Breakfast and dinner was plentiful and well presented.

Very nice capsule hotel with included Spa. The capsule was clean, bed was slightly hard but comfortable. The Spa is amazing and has 2 sauna's, a hot tub and a cold bath. Shower amenities were supplied and very good. My stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Besides that the hostel is also very conveniently located for exploring Tokyo as it is very close to a metro station.

Very spacious rooms with comfortable futons, tatami mats, low Japanese tables, sleeping robes, tea in the room, and free coffee in the hallway. There is a restaurant in the basement offering Japanese (and traditional) breakfast. A realy nice bath with sauna on the rooftop. And a quite terace in the center of Tokyo, really amazing....best of all is the tearoom with a view of a mini Zen garden and additional space for peace and meditation. Everything is simple and discreet. Highly recommended.

The location is nice and quiet with lovely ground to go exploring, nearby forests for walking and great views of Mount Fuji on a clear day! The staff were friendly and willing to help, and the buffet breakfasts and dinners were excellent with almost unlimited choice for all tastes! The rooms were clean and spacious with everything you’d need. The onsen is a nice way to spend 30 mins or so relaxing.

This was absolutely a great place to stay. The sauna downstairs was nice, the free breakfast tasted good and the free drinks, including some alcoholic ones in the evening, were great. The capsule room was also more spacious than some other ones I have slept in. All in all I was very happy with my stay and in my opinion the value for money is amazing.

I liked the amenities location and staff. You have a space to get ready after you wake up, shower and bath toilet are clean. r Room to smoke on every floor. Free Bar, pop, Ice and also miso and rice if you want a quick breakfast in the morning. Plenty of space to relax and read book or manga.

Central location. The spa was great. Staff was friendly. Could leave the luggage before and after my stay. Free coffee and some small bread in the morning (don't expect luxury breakfast, but was still nice to get something)Very unique and interesting experience! Highly recommend it if you want to try a traditional Japanese spa experience :)
