The view of Mount Fuji was incredible. The rooftop onsen was very special and the room had very thoughtful amenities. Customer service was excellent and the location at Haneda Airport was convenient. This was a perfect introduction to Japan.

Loved the club access, worth the extra cost for the room. The location was great, near many restaurants, Ginza area, and transportation hubs. The staff was very respectful and accommodating. The decor is elegant, classy but never overbearing. I will always chose this hotel when I return to Tokyo.

Nice and comfortable quiet room, with a good view. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was really good (Occidental and Japanese). The staff was nice. The shuttle bus to come back from Disneyland in the evening was convenient. Check out at noon was also convenient. The bus station to go to Urayasu station was close to the hotel.

Super beautiful hotel with big spacious rooms, great furtniture and amazing view on forest ( from our room ) . The staff was super nice and helpfull we would come back for sure.
