It’s a modern hotel with great location and good value for money. We spent here our last night before heading home. We could leave our luggages for free at the reception after we checked out, so we still could enjoy our last day in the city. As a plus, we had a great view of the Skytree and Sensō-ji from our room.

everything, from service to facilities, upkeeping, restaurants, room comfort and feel, this hotel delivers at the highest standard, worth of the hotels in the city charging 3 times the price. They don’t cater for the 1st timer tourists, they cater for generations of japanese and the ones that may be interested to explore beyond the flashy international hotel chains …this will remain forever our favourite place to stay in Tokyo and a place we patiently way to return to every year… from the moment we enter the lobby there is a calming sensation that takes over and that makes the time stand still. Making this possible in such as vast city remains one of the big strengths of The Okura, with its unique signature service that so many have acknowledged before, it stays with you much after you have left, as THAT incredibly special experience that one must be worth of . If you want REAL japanese hospitality in Tokyo this brand is your best bet.

When making the reservation, we mentioned that we hoped to be arranged a quieter room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel was very considerate and made arrangements for us, giving our vacation a pleasant surprise. As a hotel in the prime area of Tokyo, the room was spacious and the location is very convenient. It is close to Ginza and the subway station. There are several 24hrs convenience store downstairs and there is also a direct airport bus, which was very convenient. The only regret was that I didn't have the chance to enjoy the free access to lounge service this time. I will definitely come back next time.

Quiet and safe location. The hotel itself is very quiet which was relaxing. I especially like the bathroom design. Amenities and mini-bar very good indeed. Housekeeping is punctual, thorough with cleaning and helpful with minor things like clearing the trash in the evening, pretty much within 5 minutes of receiving our request. Yamazato restaurant tempura is tasty and reasonably priced for the quality. The Spa at Okura Prestige offers good massage therapist.

Very spacious rooms with comfortable futons, tatami mats, low Japanese tables, sleeping robes, tea in the room, and free coffee in the hallway. There is a restaurant in the basement offering Japanese (and traditional) breakfast. A realy nice bath with sauna on the rooftop. And a quite terace in the center of Tokyo, really amazing....best of all is the tearoom with a view of a mini Zen garden and additional space for peace and meditation. Everything is simple and discreet. Highly recommended.

This was absolutely a great place to stay. The sauna downstairs was nice, the free breakfast tasted good and the free drinks, including some alcoholic ones in the evening, were great. The capsule room was also more spacious than some other ones I have slept in. All in all I was very happy with my stay and in my opinion the value for money is amazing.

Central location. The spa was great. Staff was friendly. Could leave the luggage before and after my stay. Free coffee and some small bread in the morning (don't expect luxury breakfast, but was still nice to get something)Very unique and interesting experience! Highly recommend it if you want to try a traditional Japanese spa experience :)

The room we booked was large with a seating area. Enjoyed having space to relax and to have some casual meals. We chose not to include breakfast as we had been cruising and eating formal meals. It was good to enjoy some easy meals.

The stay was great. Comfortable and relaxing. Price can look higher, but there is so much included: two types of sauna, hot pool with a massage jets, massage chairs, non-alcoholic and even alcoholic beverages, free rice to eat thorough all day, many cosmetic amenities in washing room, bookcases of manga to read. Capsules are large, warm, with highly comfortable beds. I spent 7 nights and made another booking in their second branch for latter days.

The Hotel itself is pretty new and has a very modern vibe throughout, the staff was friendly and it was easy to head into the main areas of Ginza from the hotel, there were also several train stations a short walk away which made it very easy to get around Tokyo. We also took advantage of the Spa/Sauna, which we received a 50% discount on as a guest. This was great after lots of walking around it was nice to be able to relax and release some of the aching mn\uscles
