Would definitely comeback again

I would like to mention Michael and Brian at the reception were super amazing and accommodating. Michael helped us book tours to Ha Long Bay and Sapa at the last minute at an affordable cost. Since we booked tours through Ja Cosmo Hotel, Michael updated our room to a jumbo size family room at no extra cost :) Wi-Fi was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay again at Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa :)

We had the best nights sleep in this hotel compared to our whole time in Vietnam- full soundproofing. Totally quiet and no noise. Breakfast was delicious- so much choice. Hotel was really clean. Swimming pool was amazing to swim a few laps and relax in. The gym was modern and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Luna, Sue and their team made us feel special and at home. They take care us like family members. Luna speaks excellent English too, kudos to you 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Breakfast is excellent as they will have some different dishes daily. We enjoyed the spread between local delight, bread and some drinks that chill in the chiller. The young man that serve at breakfast place is very friendly and always ask what we need with a smile. The breakfast place is not big in term of space, however just love their design which make it so cosy and comfortable. Aircondition in the room is excellent and bed come with super comfy comforter. We had a good rest and all needs is well taken care off in term of ameties. In conclusion, we are fufill and satisfied and it doesn't cost you a bomb to enjoy the stay at Premium Salute Hotel. We highly recommend to experience your stay with them 😉
