    Room presented well, bed quite comfortable, location very good within walking distance to restaurants and city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. No breakfast included but only a short walk to a fabulous little cafe which was open early.

    The breakfast was included in the price and was fine. The location was good, and it was an easy walk to the City Centre. The staff were very good, and it was nice that there was tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Also, milk was provided.

    Can’t fault this property. Everything was just perfect. Lovely room, clean comfortable spacious and QUIET. Comfy King bed. Free guest laundry & open air washing line (with pegs!) in a lovely little courtyard. Can open windows for fresh air overnight. Kitchenette was useful. Perfect location close to good pub food, great coffee shop & beautiful Central Park. Walk to shops & city centre. The amazing staff went above & beyond. Would not hesitate to return.
