I’ve been traveling around China for 5 months and this was my most memorable stay thanks to the lovely people. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and make it an enjoyable travel experience, from helping book tours to always being happy to chat. Bonus is the hotel connects to a running/biking trail (also leads straight to Reed Flute Cave) and the location is very convenient.

The hotel owner speaks English and is really a nice guy and super helpful. There is a bar at the front of the hotel where people socialize. It's very economical.

Wow. Life changing experience. I booked a hotel and ended up with family in Guilin. Michele, JiaJia, Sisters, Grandpa… all feel like family now. The rooms were beautifully located with stunning views. Clean, cool, comfortable. The food was out of this world. I crave Guilin noodles every morning now! And nobody makes them like grandpa! JiaJia took us everywhere we could ever want to go to take in the whole city in just a few days. They were patient and kind with our needs. They spent time with us making dumplings one night which was one of the highlights of the trip! You aren’t just booking a hotel. You are getting to experience Guilin like a local.

The staff was amazing, and always trying to help you in any way you can, even when I left my stuff at the hostel they helped me find a way to get it back. The location is close to everything, and they have tours through their hostel which makes it convenient. Good for the price and welcoming environment!

    The staff was pretty nice and had a great service. They helped us with booking the taxis and activities. The location of the inn was not really close to the city center but the food near the inn was great.

    Excellent customer service and coffee is the best around town! Great convenient location to Elephant trunk hill, walkable distance to the touristy city center where the walking street is. Lotsa eataries around the hotel n convenient store is just across the street.

    location along the main road though some walking distance from the city centre. felt safe. helpful (especially main host Luca who speaks English) in booking tourist attractions eg river cruise and the cave. room is spacious and clean, bed is comfy, aircon is fantastic. great coffee.
