Location, staff, nicely equipped room, good menu and excellent food, lots of outdoor seating and a top priority for us - South Lawn is so dog friendly. The doggie exercise paddock is a big bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the Burley Inn was truly wonderful! The charming location, with “wild” horses walking by, the hands on owner, the staff (big shout out to hands on Manager Lucy!), the charming dining room (open to the public 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch & dinner, with daily specials), the authentic English menu (including the Full English breakfast, which is included!), the friendly & attentive service, the cleanliness of the room & the dining room, the modern bathroom (walk-in shower) - everything made us want to extend our stay & return, so we highly recommend it to others! You will not be disappointed!

Ideally located to take advantage of the Bournemouth beaches which are only 500 yards away, this hotel offers bright and elegant rooms with private bathrooms.

Stayed in a Annexe room 26 Beach style lots of Quicky extras very comfortable bed ,loved the radio on as we arrived , a lovely touch .Hotel has so much old character ,and all the staff made us feel very welcome and friendly .A stunning Location . The Terrence which looks out to the Isle of wright and the needles ideal to eat or a relaxing drink . The garden is ideal as the path leads down to beach .Less then 5 mins away . A Excellent choice of breakfast is offered from fresh fruit , yogurts , fresh croissants ,and Honey comb , and from Full English with eggs all ways ,to Avocado poached eggs on sour dough bread (best i have ever had ) It was my husbands birthday and it was a prefect stay , wish we had stayed longer .

Located on the cliff tops at Southbourne, next to the cliff elevators and Fisherman's Walk, all rooms offer fantastic sea views. It is close to the New Forest and Bournemouth town center.
