(helped me with the purchase of the sim card and the bus to Munnar) - Wifi - Free drinking water for refilling - New and modern - perfect for 20 USD / night - Bathroom very good - Shower jet very good and hot water - air condition - bed comfortable - Forehand has darkened the room well - You can order food directly from reception (and plates + cutlery are available in the room) - Soap, shampoo and shower gel available - Good location (close to the shopping mall and metro - there is also a good gym nearby - as well as a few good restaurants)

Super kind and service-oriented staff, no plastic water bottles but glass bottles in room. Also some small plants growing in the room - real plants, not plastic. Breakfast was nice and healthy. Very surprised how nice view was, so close to the station.
