We loved the hotel located in the middle of green trees with marvelous views of the surrounding hills .Our room was large and comfortable The restaurant serves delicious food and has great wines.Breakfast too is good with fresh fruits,cold meat, cheese ,cakes,croissant etc. The staff is wonderful, we were staying at the hotel with our little grandson and the entire staff ,from the receptionist to the kitchen went out of their way to make things comfortable.The cleaning staff even helped to retrieve our toy cars from under beds and sofas Thanks Villa della Poeta for everything...We hope to be back soon.

Warmly recommend Albergo Centrale to all travelers. The staff is super helpful, friendly and going the extra mile for you (in my case opening the reception before the opening time). We took HB. Breakfast was the same every day, but dinners menu were changed regularly. The hospitality level demonstrated by all employees was top rated. This relates to all categories of employee - looks like it is a business paradigm of this hotel. Your problems are solved, your concerns are eliminated, any changes on planned procedures are proceeded fast and without any stress. We stayed in hotel during Christmas/ NYE period where there are a lot of people enjoying SPA/pools facilities. Nevertheless, there were enough places in swimming pools and on benches nearby. Despite of winter time, there was very warm everywhere - in rooms, pools, lobbies and relax areas. It was very comfortable to move in bathrobes after procedures or thermal pools. There were plenty of parking places on territory.
