One of the best japan’s hotel in my experience (I have been traveling to Japan for 10 years) Staff are so friendly and one of them can speak Thai (a little bit) Free curry and popcorn and soft drink and alcohol at lobby We got one massage chair in the room the tub bath had jacuzzi function and bathroom is surprisingly large (they have 1 TV in bathroom) Very close location to dotonburi and JR numba and metro line

    Amazing location, so easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka/Umeda station. The hotel is part of a shopping center right across from Esaka station. The lobby and the provided amenities like toner etc. were nice. They are an eco-friendly hotel and won't clean the room unless you put the provided notice on your door.
