The location is amazing - a one-minute walk to enter Zion so you never have to use the town shuttle (and free parking at the hotel is included). This is huge since Zion Park shuttles start at 6a while town shuttles to get you to Zion start at 7a. You can easily get in earlier to beat the crowds. The rooms are very nice and spacious - we had a one bedroom suite which had a very comfortable pull-out sofa in the main area. It gave us plenty of room to relax and sleep after a day of hiking and exploring. There is space to sit outside and enjoy the views as well as dry any wet clothing (which happens quick in the dry Utah air). The grounds are gorgeous. A lovely, quiet courtyard that had animals like deer and roadrunners wandering through. There is a nice pool and hot tub where you can relax and recover with stunning views of the Watchman from the water. Overall, we found it to be the perfect spot to call home as we explored Zion.

We loved the location nestled between the beautiful red cliffs, just minutes drive or about 20 minutes walk from the Zion visitor center, close to tons of great restaurants and amenities. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and nice showers.

I loved this place! Great room, pool, view from the room (300 building), farm with animals. The breakfast in Porter's was top notch. I enjoyed Porter's restaurant for separately paid dinner as well.

I arrived here in the late of night. The staff made sure I was able to get in after hours without any hassles, and their communication was en pointe. I woke up to a fairy land with spectacular views of Zion from my balcony! The property is close to everything, clean, staff were super awesome, go to King’s Landing for the octopus!!! The gate to Zion is not far away and there is a shuttle that you can take!
