The owner is very friendly, kind, and helpful that we feel very welcome here. Definitely book here again if we visit Atami in the future.

We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

The location is perfect for visitors that travel by car. The staff was especially friendly, and the common spaces were classy and quiet. Very good view at the beach and sunrise from the room. The room was classy as well, big and the bed super comfortable.

Terletak di Gero, 8-minit berjalan kaki dari Gero Station, 寅家 Japanese modern hotel mempunyai pemandangan gunung. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. They even consider and prepare for our breakfast with muslim friendly menu. Theyre all sweet and lovely. My friend left her watch and they arrange to send back the item to us. Had a pleasant stay!

Everything!! Breakfast was lovely, complimentary drinks in the reception were a nice added touch. The room was so spacious with very comfortable beds. Wonderful stay. Amazing onsen, lovely bicycle trails. Staff were super friendly. My sister & I loved Kona Stay!! Reccomend to everyone staying in shizouka

Beautifully renovated with an additional toilet upstairs which was really important for a family. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment and the futons was really comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
