Villas in Florianópolis

It was super clean. They have everything we need and extra. I felt at a little home. The have a mall downstairs with a lot restaurants so we could grab so lunch and dinner or snack.

We loved our stay in Floripa. The property was nice, quiet & peaceful. The property owners made sure we had everything we needed and were there to help with things to do, restaurant recommendations, they helped with our luggage. Very nice, kind and genuine people.

Pretty, great landscaping, spacious, great amenities. Lovely location and quiet. Great wildlife around. Cute apartment. Great price.

I loved my stay! I stayed at the yellow house, it is like a studio but the bed is separated with a wardrobe and all the decoration gives a very cozy feeling. Kitchen has all utensils, from coffee machine to blender. The house receives good sunlight. When there is rain it is wonderful to watch netflix ecc and watch the rain from the door. There is a small pool, l used it to take cold baths for my health. There is a washing machine available, and you can park your car inside. Supermarkets, gyms, yoga studios, shops are nearby. You don’t lack anything here. But more than everything, Monica is a wonderful person and makes you feel VERY comfortable, always at your disposition, very friendly, that is why l extended my stay to 3 weeks until the next reservation. I gave some damage to the house, Monica said it wasn’t a problem and l just want to say sorry about this. Thank you. ❤️

Nice property, very close to the beach. with very pleasant and helpful property owners and staff, sorting out any minor issues straight away.

Host was very helpful in terms of getting around Florianopolis, as well as places & things to do and see.

The host was extremely accommodating and the place was very comfortable and exactly as described and pictured
