It was easy to access the warm calm sea from the steps at the front of the house. There is a kayak at the house which was really fun. There are numerous areas for sunbathing and sitting and lots of sun loungers and chairs. The villa has a unique character which we liked and well kept grounds. The place is very quiet and surrounded by greenery and villas. The parking lot is big enough. Just mind that the street to it is quite narrow in case you are travelling with a very large car. The host met us and handed over the keys and showed everything. The place is fully equipped to meet your needs for a beach holiday.
