A very premium well maintained house.We stayed with a group of friends and had an amazing experience...Saira owns the house and she coordinated so well. The house looks exactly as shown in the picture. Saira helped a lot in briefing the location and all details shared on a prior basis. We had a very pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend Puthenveetil and it's worth spending time with your dear ones. Will come back soon!!!

We had booked the apartment for 2 nights during our visit to Kumarakom for a medical conference. The apartment is located centrally and in close proximity to all major Kottayam spots. The hosts were very welcoming and their customer service was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and the stand out point was the outside courtyard. An ideal personal terrace. The breakfast provided by the hosts was also great. All in all it was a great stay. Shall return

We couldn’t say enough positives about this experience with both the host, location and property itself. Quiet, safe and a short stroll to the Main Street that has all amenities available. Nebu was so accommodating to us including early check in, late check out and keeping in contact. This will be the only place we stay for our future visits to Kottayam as it felt like home instantly. Thank you so much for everything, Nebu! The best stay we’ve had in our six weeks of travel. ❤️

It was an awesome experience. The boat is well maintained and equipped with everything necessary and the staff was amazing. The chef cooked the best meals I have had in Kerala. It was extremely peaceful and fun. 10/10

We spent 3 great days here. Aneesh, the chef and the waiter were all very kind, very attentive and made sure we had the upmost service, great food and service! The location is great to chill after city hoppings and food was amazing! If you need a couple of days of escape, this is the place you should definitely go! It's also very clean. Sherin is a fantastic host who really looked after us. Her mother's Kerala cooking was delicious – we loved it! The villa is super close to a clean and beautiful beach (just a 2-minute walk). Being surrounded by greenery made us feel close to nature. It's also conveniently located between Mararikulam Beach and Chetty Harbour, which are about a 1 km walk apart along the beach. We had a wonderful and relaxing time here and would definitely love to visit again! Highly recommend.
