The property is situated in a serene and safe locality, making it a perfect place for a peaceful stay. The owner, Mr. Patil, is truly a gem of a person—extremely hospitable and helpful. He even went out of his way to personally pick us up at check-in and drop us off at check-out using his own vehicle, which was a thoughtful gesture. The house features a comfortable bedroom with a brand-new air conditioner, spacious enough to accommodate up to five people. The living room includes two large beds and a ceiling fan, ideal for additional guests or relaxing during the day. A compact dry kitchenette is available, equipped with an induction stove and basic utensils for cooking, as well as making tea and coffee. The property is conveniently located near a popular sandwich stall, well-known in Kolhapur, and a small local eatery serving simple yet delicious Maharashtrian and South Indian dishes. There’s also a nearby grocery store, perfect for stocking up on essentials for light cooking. There are two neat, airy, and well-ventilated bathrooms with attached toilets, ensuring comfort and cleanliness throughout the stay. The Mahalakshmi Temple is just a short distance away, and Rankala Lake—a picturesque spot ideal for morning walks or evening strolls—is also close by. The lake area is vibrant, lined with street food stalls offering a variety of local flavors. Overall, the property exudes positive vibes, and Mr. Patil’s warm hospitality truly enhances the experience. This is a must-visit place, and I would definitely rebook if I travel to Kolhapur again. I rate it 9/10, as there is always room for improvement.

Beautiful, comfortable, & clean. Everything is well thought of in designing this place. The outdoor seating areas are a plus. We wish we had more time to enjoy the place fully. I will definitely come back.
