She patiently answered all our questions and gave us helpful, practical advice about nearby beaches and shopping options. The house is clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything a family might need. The air conditioner is located in the living room, and although the weather was quite hot (30–33°C), we only needed to use it once—it was enough to cool the entire apartment. Every question or request we had was answered promptly and with great care. Overall – an excellent experience, highly recommended!

The property owner Urosh is so generous and kind and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests have an amazing stay. We stayed only one night before our flight in Tivat Airport (which Urosh gave us a lift to with his car so selflessly) but still our apartment was fully stocked up with toiletries and complimentary coffee and tea and such. It was very clean and nicely decorated with a cute private balcony. We will definitely come back.
The location of the property was excellent. It was just a 5-minute drive to Tivat Airport. The mountain and sea views were perfect. The air was very fresh. The staff were quick and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The pool was very enjoyable. The breakfast was much richer than we expected. The variety of olives, cheeses, and sauces was excellent. Additionally, the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very fresh and delicious.

It's a beautiful extra spacious two-level apartment on the 2 and 3 floors of a private house, at the end of a quiet street, 5-minute drive from the Tivat Airport. Ivan was super friendly and helpful, met our every request and gave us valuable local advice. Onsite parking, three AC units, washing machine, big terrace table, and dishwasher all came handy during our family stay.

We stayed in a newly built apartment that wasn't fully finished. Separate from the building with the pool. It was very new, clean, everything worked. The host Sammy picked us up for free from the bus station and gave us a ride to our early flight from Tivat Airport.
