Perfect location near Kyoto station, busy hotel, but still quiet. The room was not large, but it was OK by Japanese standards, the bed was huge, the TV screen was big, the bathroom was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. The wifi worked well. The staff was polite as usual.

3-star hotel with facilities and service comparable to 5-star hotels in other countries. I love that they have their own onsen and that all their hotels are strategically located in accessible places. Their complimentary toiletries and room supplies are also of good quality. They also have a self check-out option so you can just drop your keycards if you don't have additional charges to settle. Great value for money!
