Lee and the other staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make you feel at home. Piping hot cooked breakfast and great coffee. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The property was amazing! Everything you could think of needing to take was already there. Beds very comfortable shower amazing and the hot tub an added bonus. The smell when you walk in is lovely and just a clean smell was very welcoming. The tv is huge and great to watch a movie on. The host is very helpful and very accommodating. They give us a late check out also which was a bonus so we could have a lie in before leaving. Will be visiting again

Travelled back to old Hartlepool to be with family and friends for a special occasion and this was the perfect venue. Wonderful open plan space for large families and groups of friends. authentic traditional atmosphere, open fires and large areas for entertaining and fun!

The location, view of the water, facilities, and cleanliness were excellent. We had everything we needed. The hostess was amazing and incredibly friendly. She accommodated everything we needed and always responded very quickly. Grocery and food were all easily accessible by walk. Lovely dining room. The huge TV in the living room was perfect for movies. The shower/bath were very comfortable and nice, I will miss them. Bathroom had a nice single-tap sink. Lots of comfy blankets for stay-in days and customizing the bedding.

Lovely caravan in a great position, Sea view which was lovely on the sunny day we had. PET FRIENDLY but i took covers for sofas Bed really comfortable and lovely to have an ensuite in a caravan

The views are amazing and the caravan is clean and comfortable for a family. The area has some fantastic beaches and attractions just a short drive away and there are busses out front if you don’t drive. We absolutely love the area, Seaham, seaton, Whitby great for days out. Information provided by the owners was great and everything you could need is provided. Highly recommend this caravan.

My son is autistic and finds it hard to settle places we had a great few days away as a family and he settled great here great spot lovely little extras and he loved watching the boats from the decking on a morning and night with the binoculars my daughter also loved it here we hope to return soon thankyou
