The appartment is in an excellent location close to the city center. A supermarket is within 5 min walking distance, hence I did not try the breakfast in the Villa which can be ordered on request. The villa is located in a quiet street and the landlady and staff are very nice and always helpful. Rooms are freshly refurbished, well equipped, and nice. There is a living room and a small garden to be used and a fully equipped kitchen. I can only highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Sofia.

Cveti was very friendly and kind. She welcomed us and make us feel at home. We enjoyed our stay at this place. The bathrooms and the rooms were very clean. Definitely will recommend this place.

Wonderful people, very cooperative: i had a health problem and Dimitri (Kristos by phone!) very carefully helped me in solving it. The perfume of the " banitza" from the underneath Dimitri's oven is a wonderful wake up! They are dog friendly. Magnificent!

Amazing place with impressive view towards the town. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The Mehana is a great addition to the place, especially when you stay there with a big group of people. We had our morning coffee and breakfasts there.

The mattress was new and I felt flying away when getting asleep. A perfect place to stay in calmness and peace.
