Very spacious, clean modern accommodation, good facilities. Lovely touches such as a little food hamper and sweets left for us. The owners had tastefully decorated it for Christmas, which was lovely. Location in a quiet area but only short car or taxi journey to Lincoln City. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

And only a 10 minute walk to the village with shops and plenty of places to eat. Try Mirchi, the Indian restaurant! All the caravans have a view of the beautiful fishing lake with private parking next to them. Ours was spotless throughout and the beds super comfy. If you want to get away for some peace and quiet then we would highly recommend staying here. We're definitely coming back.

It was local and very handy for the event that we were attending. The room with ensuite bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The full English Breakfast was exceptional and was served-up in a very pleasant breakfast bar. Village is 2 minutes walk away and has convenience shops, pubs, takeaways to choose from. Very peaceful site and each van has a view of the ponds. We even watched Woodpeckers over breakfast. Van was very clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a break away, very homely. Was able to cook a meal, kitchen in excellent order. Enjoyed sitting at the table outside.
