Most Magical Place! Reviewing accommodations used to be my job, but not any longer for a long time now. Yet for this place I feel a great need to review it, Specifically because Before I chose to stay at this resort I checked, like I always do, all of the reviews this place has. And although this resort has mostly great reviews, it also has a few not the best ones. And so I’ve decided to choose this place, and be the judge myself. I was truly amazed by everything was connected to this place: . First of all the staff was the highlight of this place and my experience. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I've also met the owner. She is such a sweet lady, and she was there just to make sure everyone was happy. Place is super clean, quiet in the jungle, yet very close to the main city. -I think the location was one of its best values. There is a short dust road, (which took me exactly 2 minutes to cross), Which was leading to the resort, which it’s very normal on this island, as I’d found it to be absolutely no problem to cross. And anyway, this part does not belong to the owner, as when I've asked her directly about it she smile and told me-“That she is not yet the owner of this island neither the decision maker for how the roads should me on Koh Phangan island” This is a lovely homey, quiet and comfortable Resort inside the jungle, super clean ( I was really amazed by the level of cleanliness), and when you stay there, you can really feel the amount of attention and all the effort which was putted to the place, from the smallest details to its biggest, More than that you can really feel the human touch, the love and care the owner and her staff has given to this place, something that most of my times I could not find or feel even within the best 5 stars hotels I've ever visit before in my life, and for all of this I’ve mentioned, I have dedicate this make this long detailed review.

I absolutely loved this property! After travelling for a while you start to feel like you really need some common spaces and a space that is big. Aqua suites is a great apartment complex. It looks great, the pool is really nice to swim in and the common areas make it feel really spacious which is what we were looking for. Min is a gem in Koh phangan, he helped us with all sorts of things, if you need to know anything about this island, where to buy something etc he’s your guy. He’s so kind and tried to resolve everything professionally.

Cyana is a great location in the little town of Wok Tum, w a couple of excellent restaurants walking distance from Cyana. Hosts & owners Katie & Kyle made me feel immediately at home & comfortable. They treated me like one of their family. A couple of times during my 5 night stay they had me sit down for a complimentary meals. The last night, they threw a BBQ & Bday party for their cook Mom. There were a bunch of other guests there, a couple honeymooning from Ireland, a hang glider from BC, a local woman from LA, & a couple from France. It was way beyond generous hospitality!
