Beautifully appointed to a very high standard, clean, comfortable and well stocked accommodation. Idyllic location a real treat for lovers of nature. Tranquil and sympathetically placed cabins that make you feel part of the surroundings rather than intruding into the natural habitat. Wonderful to watch the wildlife. Friendly staff, particularly Tina who we enjoyed meeting.

Town itself is very busy and commercial compared to other coastal stops we made. Town beach was OK but a busy area backed by restaurants and bars. Definityly no hint of the tranquility you can get further north at the likes of Mission Beach, Trinity Beach and Port Douglas. For a peaceful walk head to Coral Beach close to Shute Harbour

Beautiful Location. There were many food places and beach shops and all the necessities were well located. We did a drive to Cedar Creek Falls and it was beautiful and easy to access. Parking was only a few meters from the waterfall. We also drove to Bowen and seen the Big Mango and visited a few Beaches around Bowen. Our favorite beach was the Rose Bay Beach. Beautiful glittering sand, rockpools with fish and crabs and amazing coral on the rocks. We also went up Flagstaff Hill for panaramic views. This place is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone. The main street is full of delicious restaurants and shops. We ate at Mika, KC's, Sorrento, and Boho Raw, all of them were delicious, will definitely go back. We didn't have a car and the public transport was very convenient, it runs every 30-40 min but if you plan ahead, it works pretty well. Also, there's plenty of activities to do nearby and all the tours depart from Airlie Beach. Finally, the people were very friendly and helpful.Maria Luisa SierraColombia - Scored 1010

Hotel room was very clean and had all facilities including a nespreso machine and plenty of towels and pillows. Beds were really comfy and the room was not noisy at all considering the bar downstairs. All staff were courteous and kind. Parking was fantastic, and right by the lift with secure access.
