The location is very good - close to the main street of the very lovely Leuven (visit it!). On one hand relatively quiet. On the other hand, walking distance to the train station (and the rest of Leuven).
The staff was helpful and friendly
We booked and checked in very late and the couple running the hotel did everything possible to help us feel comfortable. They were so very kind and helpful. I don't know that I've ever met such friendly staff. It made the stay that much more special. Would definitely stay here again, if in the area.
The hotel we stayed in due to the “rock wechter” festival has the warmest and most helpful owner we have ever seen. The hotel is 6-7 minutes away from the festival area by car. If you want to spend a comfortable festival process, we definitely recommend it.
