The villa is beautiful with amazing view. The sunset in the sea is right in the centre and it even reflects in the pool - very spectacular. Rooms were very big and beds were cosy. The area is very quiet and there are pretty villas all around - a bit like Paphos Mullholand drive ;) There are all the tools you need for barbecue. We really enjoyed our stay.

Please do not book this property. Avoid yourself being scammed. I stayed here with my fiancee and a second couple, my friends. We arrived ate the property, the outside door did not work, it was jammed. we carefully tried to enter the property yard, and the owner claims that we broke the door. This door was already dry from the wether and broken. Then we entered the house, there was no hot water. we had to call the person, to be told that we had to turn on some switches and wait until next day. No showers on the first night, no hot water. In the bathrooms, we could not turn the cold water, it was also jammed and rusted. In the kitchen, the water was difficult to also turn on. The house was very cold, we were told to turn the individual heat on, we had to wait two days until the entire house came up to some tolerable temperature. My bedroom never really heated up to tolerable temperature The wifi was so slow, that I had to use my own connection service. This property is not really ready to be lived in, especially if you are on vacation. It needs lots of maintenance, it is ignored. I have been asked to pay for repairing some some frivolous things, such as the outside door, which was already damaged. The owner claims anything that helps make a case for getting money from the people staying there. I strongly recommend against considering this property, find something else. I wish that I did. Very uncomfortable stay.

Rooms, yard and the pool are very well maintained. The staff was always very nice and helpful. It's nice to have a walk trough the village and the restaurant there is really nice. The location is perfect - if you have a car you can reach all the beaches and landmarks in around 20 min, plus the parking place is huge. Spent there 5 days and would stay for even more!

Paphos has some cute villages. Tala is one of them. Short walk to a cluster of excellent restaurants - check out the afelia at Melitizia. Help some cats. Explore the region. Hit up the monastery shop for some good, inexpensive wine. Come back here and relax or go for a swim. Fully loaded kitchen, utensils, etc. It appears this place is popular with pensioners who like to stay for the long haul. Makes sense. The fact that Tala Hills II is located at the roundabout makes it easy to find. There are two parking lots - if you're in the upper levels, take the first left from the roundabout to find the one closest to your apartment.
