The room was super clean and there were a lot of bath utilities in the bathroom (even hair conditioner). There was an underground car parking available. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There was even some food room service available, that was serving the food until 1am. The wifi was working great.
It was 12 euros taxi into Seville Old Town
Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.

The shuttle bus was useful but I think it should be free into the city,it isn't far and if there was somehow to walk there it would have been fine but because of all the main roads and no walkways it was not possible so you have to use transport. I little bit tired and in need of tlc in places.the staff were really helpful.

Pardon me for this but I forgot the guy at the front desk but I won't forget what he did for a guest (me was the guest), If all the hotel staff all around the globe could be like that front desk 's critical thinking? I think all hotels will have a wonderful customer service in any online survey platforms or websites.. I used to work in a hotel industry through the other end of the line and I know exactly what could cheer a guest up upon checking in and that exactly what he did. Management should gave him extra bonus .
Nice hotel, you’d need to take the metro to go to the city center, so not walking distance to attractions. Breakfast was nice and the lobby was impressive. We had a family room which was interestingly designed almost as a mezonette. Swimming pool was closed when we were there due to the rain. Staff at breakfast could have been a bit nicer. Reception staff was lovely. Nice gym facilities, free apples and water in the room on arrival
The transfer to the metro was very convenient.. with a van operating between 7am to 10:30 pm. There was lots of parking available at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety and was well maintained. Staff were professional. The lounge area was a nice place to have a drink and relax.
Staff professional and very helpful. Liked the fitness center and pool and close distance by car to Seville. Free shuttle bus also ran every 15 minutes to nearest subway station and only a few stops to the center. Spacious hotel very nice 👍🏻 local neighborhood has 2 large supermarkets and cafes.
The hotel is stunning from inside the reception area, family room lovely and spacious, bathroom really nice too, overall a very well kept hotel and friendly staff, food was great too and the pool area,we stayed for a week here and had a very enjoyable holiday.
Location perfect since the hotel offer shuttle to the Metro to get to Sevilla. No worries to drive finding parking awesome. Amazing breakfast felt like a resort so much variety.
We were staying here on our way back to Lisbon, it is not that close to the city but is a very good hotel for families, great breakfast, modern amenities
