I totally enjoyed the experience. I especially enjoyed the sense of comfort. The hotel was perfect for experiencing "family style" holiday accomodations- No bells and whistles, clean- accomodating and safe. The restaurant menu was fine. The food was properly prepared with a few selections truly outstanding. The location is walking distance ( without luggage) to the train station which gives easy access to Venice, Bologna, Florence etc

The checkout time is 11am ( as of July 22, 2023) which is much better than 10am because the breakfast ends at 10am and it give you time to pack up with no rush.

Everything, extremely nice and welcoming host.
She did not even charge although we arrived 21.15 due to an accident, and she puts also small treats for our morning.... They are amazing, also the view of the balcony to a children park all green, the nice garden, the spotless kitchen, the good kitchen facilities.... Also, she recommended good restaurant with delivery since we arrived late night with a baby.

The hotel is perfectly located if you are passing through - close to the highway, but far enough as not to be bothered by traffic noise.
Immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you may need. Even a gym is at one's disposal.
We will definitely be back at our next journey to the southern part of Italy.
