Everything was perfect. The location was perfect for us as we needed to be near the central station. The stuff was very helpful and responsive. We had a little problem with our room and they fixed it right away and even offered us some beverages and upgraded our room. We definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again if back in Milan

Had to find lodging for the furniture fair in Milano and everything Milano was just sooooooo expensive.
Found Bollate to be a quiet, clean, hidden gem which I recommend to anyone. You can get there very easily by train from anywhere in Milano and it's like a whole 'nother world.
Location was perfect for getting to Milan and Lake Como....just 45 mins on train which was not expensive and just 10 mins walk from apartment to train station!

Apartment was first class with everything you needed for a breakfast....cleanliness was superb with towels & toiletries included !

The hotel has a good location, close to Milan city centre, it has a 24 hour reception so it wasn’t a problem for us to check in at 22:30, the parking is free, breakfast was included in the price, our dog was allowed and without any extra charge, men working at the reception were nice and polite
The room looks pretty and clean, but the hotel is so far away from the Milan center. The position is good for the people who rent a car, especially the Milano public trasportation is not a good one. And at the breakfast ,there were few sorts of food.
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady at the bar. Good hotel at a reasonable price. Even though the hotel is located at a relatively busy road, it is not noisy. Our room seems to have been renovated quite recently.

I was on the Fomula1 and chose this hotel. Not only a good price, but also a convenient location close to Milan and Monza are the main advantages of this hotel if you are traveling by car.
We came for one night only, in the middle of the night basically. staff was nice, works 24h. Hotel didn't charge us for late check in as many other Milano hotel wanted. The bed was big and comfortable, quiet and night.
The host and his wife were absolutely awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Lovely people. Definitely prefer this type of accommodation to any hotel chain 😊
